Welcome to Northgate Bank Academy, where bank advisors practice their toughest customer calls. After every call, this evaluation, Advisor Conversation Review, tells them how they did. Let's open it.
See the label up here? It says Published. That's the version scoring every practice call right now.
Now, imagine a new group of advisors is just getting started, and we want to go easier on them. So a call passes at 3.0, instead of 3.5.
We change the pass mark right here, from 3.5 to 3.0. Once it looks right, we hit Save Draft, down at the bottom.
Back on the list, there's a new Draft, with its own version number. The live version stays untouched.
Let's open it again. The version menu up here shows every active revision: our draft, and the published one that's still scoring the calls.
If we change our mind, Revert on the published row archives the draft and keeps what's live. We like this change, so we'll leave it.
Going live takes two steps. First, we click Preview, and now the draft's row offers Publish.
Then, Publish. That's it: the new version is live, and every practice call is now judged against the new pass mark.
