Settings & Troubleshooting

In-App Settings

Open Settings from the home screen, or from the conversation controls while talking to an agent.

These options let you tune the interface, the way the agent listens, and your privacy.

Application

Language

Sets the interaction language used when talking to agents. It does not change the interface language, which follows your device’s language setting. This setting is matched against the agent’s Allowed Languages to determine which language the agent speaks. See Allowed Languages.

UI scale

Zooms the interface in or out. Choose 80%, 90%, 100%, 110%, or 120%. The default is 100%. Larger values make text and controls easier to read; smaller values fit more on screen.

Visual

Visual quality

Controls 3D fidelity: materials, lighting, and rendering resolution. Choose High, Medium, or Low. Lower values improve stability and battery life on less powerful devices.

Conversation

Conversation mode

Controls how the agent listens during a conversation. Choose one of three modes:

  • Natural conversation: hands-free. You can speak at any time, including interrupting the agent while it is still talking

  • Take turns: the agent finishes what it is saying before it listens to you. If you speak while it is talking, it carries on and does not pick up what you said

  • Push to talk: the agent hears you only while you press and hold the microphone button. Useful in noisy environments, or when you want precise control over when the agent is listening

Anonymous mode

Starts conversations without linking them to your identity. You can use features normally; the conversation simply isn’t associated with your account. The setting applies to every agent and stays on until you turn it off.

Troubleshooting

Quick Checks

High latency?

Use Wi-Fi or ensure a strong cellular signal.

Rendering performance issues?

Lower Visual quality; close background apps.

Failed to interrupt the agent?

Set Conversation mode to Push to talk so the agent only listens while you hold the button.

Agent talks over you?

Set Conversation mode to Take turns.

Wrong interaction language?

Update Language under Application.

A project opens with no agents?

If the project tells you there are no agents available and to contact the project administrator, your account isn’t permitted to use that project’s agents. Ask whoever manages the project for access.

Can’t see the agents you expect?

Signed out you see only Published agents, so sign in to the project. In the mobile app each project is signed in to separately. See Projects.
